Future Enterprises has sold on floor of Stock Exchange 3,05,70,108 equity shares which is 16.09% of equity share capital of Future Lifestyle Fashions (FLFL) on December 26, 2016. This shares has been bought on floor of exchange by Future Corporate Resources, a Promoter group company, by way of transfer under Block Deal mechanism at prevailing market rate at time of trade. Consequent to the said transfer, the company has disposed its investment in FLFL.
