Solar Industries rises on issuing Commercial Paper worth Rs 25 crore

Solar Industries India is currently trading at Rs. 662.00, up by 2.25 points or 0.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 659.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 681.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 681.45 and Rs. 662.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 759.90 on 14-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 570.00 on 29-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 694.15 and Rs. 658.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5,990.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.98%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.22% and 4.80% respectively.

Solar Industries India has issued Commercial Paper for Rs 25 crore on December 26, 2016, in favour of ICICI Bank, having maturity date of March 17, 2017. The company has issued Commercial Papers as per guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
