Vitan Agro Industries has received its board approval to divest its 100% stake in Amirdam Food. The board of directors at its meeting held on December 28, 2016 has approved for the same. The Company shall obtain the approval of the shareholders through postal ballot.

The Company focuses on delivering packed tiffin's/lunches to multinational corporations (MNC's) educational institutions and information technology (IT) hubs, among others, on contract basis.
