Physical rubber prices showed a mixed trend on Wednesday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to Rs 135.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 136/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 128/ kg.
In the futures market, January delivery slid to Rs 136.86 compared to its previous closing of Rs 137.69, while February delivery closed at Rs 139.71 compared to its previous close of Rs 140.71 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
