Williamson Magor & Company has informed that the Company issued on December 28, 2016 a Corporate Guarantee amounting to Rs 200 Crores in favour of IndusInd Bank for credit facilities of Rs 200 Crores availed on December 28, 2016 by Seajuli Developers & Finance from the said Bank. The aforesaid Corporate Guarantee replaces the Corporate Guarantee of Rs 200 Crores given earlier by the Company to the said Bank on behalf of McNally Bharat Engineering Co (‘McNally’) for credit facilities availed by McNally earlier from the said Bank.
