Maharashtra Scooters has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 24, 2017, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine-months ending on December 31, 2016. The Company has further informed that pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company would remain closed from January 01, 2017 to January 26, 2016 for the Directors / officials and Designated persons of the company, who have already been informed to that effect.
