Zee Learn has informed that as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months of the Financial Year 2016-17 ended on December 31, 2016, for all Designated Employees (including directors) of the Company from January 01, 2017 till the second trading day after announcement of the financial results to the Stock Exchanges. All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
