Videocon Industries has informed that the Board of directors of the Company has accorded their approval to extend the current financial year by a period of 3 months, in terms of the requirements of Section 2(41) of the companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under. As such, the current accounting year shall be a period of 15 months beginning on January 01, 2016 and ending on March 31, 2017. The subsequent financial years, as such, shall begin on 1st April and will end on the following 31st March every year.
