Inditrade Capital’s step down subsidiary Edel Commodities Trading has entered into an agreement on the January 2, 2017 for disinvesting its entire stake in its subsidiaries - Edelweiss Commodities Chad SARL and Edelweiss Commodities Nigeria.
Consequently, Edelweiss Commodities Chad SARL and Edelweiss Commodities Nigeria have ceased to be the subsidiaries of Edel Commodities Trading and that of the company with effect from January 1, 2017.
