V-Guard Industries has informed that as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the window for trading in V-Guard shares by specified employees of V-Guard Industries will be closed from the opening of business in stock exchanges on January 05, 2017. Trading will be resumed from February 02, 2017 onwards, on opening of business in Stock Exchanges. The intimation regarding the closure of trading window has been circulated to the specified employees of the Company on January 04, 2017. This is with respect to the board meeting scheduled to be held on January 30, 2017 for consideration and adoption of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
