Prabhat Telecoms (India) has informed that Kevin Sandesh Shah, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned and the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on January 10, 2017 has accepted his resignation and accordingly Kevin Sandesh Shah ceases to be Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from January 10, 2017. The Company is in the process of appointing new Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
