Lakshmi Sowjanya from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from the closing hours of December 31, 2016; and has appointed S. R. Srinivasan, Director- Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from January 10, 2017 till the time a qualified Company Secretary is appointed as a Whole-time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
