FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per January 16 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3237.92 crore against gross selling of Rs 3341.02 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 103.10 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 782.52 crore with gross sales of Rs 2343.01 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1560.49 crore in debt.
