As per the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window of the Company will remain close for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company covered under the said code from January 16, 2017 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
