Valiant Communications surges on inking MoU with ITI

Valiant Communications is currently trading at Rs. 93.00, up by 11.80 points or 14.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 81.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 79.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 96.00 and Rs. 79.10 respectively. So far 59,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XD' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 98.00 on 01-Nov-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.05 on 02-Sep-2016.

Valiant Communications has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ITI (an undertaking of Government of India), for its technology and product in Defense and Paramilitary. The company has recently received the product approval from Indian Navy for its product ‘E1 PDH Multiplexer’.

Earlier, in August, the company’s subsidiary - Valiant Infrastructure, had entered into an agreement with Tejas Networks, Bangalore, to provide services of Installation and Commissioning of 'E1 PDH Multiplexer' equipment, for a gross consideration of exceeding Rs 4 crore.

Valiant provides communications equipment and solutions for Power Utilities, Oil & Gas Utilities, Railways/Metro Rail Networks, Airport Communications and Defence Networks.
