LT Foods has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 31, 2017 till February 13, 2017. Accordingly, all Directors, Designated employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
