Fortune Financial Services India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, to consider and approve the un-audited (consolidated and Stand-alone) financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 20, 2017 till February 02, 2017 for all connected and specified persons, Directors, Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and, all the employees of the Company & its subsidiaries and intermediaries as defined in the Code.
