Physical Rubber prices showed modest improvement on Thursday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety jumped to 150.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 150/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 144/kg.
In the futures market, February delivery declined to Rs 150.43 compared to its previous closing of Rs 154.26, while March delivery closed at Rs 156.58 compared to its previous close of Rs 159.32 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
