Deep Industries rises on bagging contract worth Rs 36.72 crore from Cairn India

Deep Industries is currently trading at Rs 296.55, up by 3.15 points or 1.07% from its previous closing of Rs 293.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 295.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 297.75 and Rs. 294.05 respectively. So far 3400 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 313.20 on 20-Dec-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 117.00 on 26-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 312.80 and Rs. 290.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 948.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.55% and 26.50% respectively.

Deep Industries has received Letter of Award (LoA) from Cairn India for contract for provision of services of Gas Engine Driven Reciprocating Compressors Packages on rental basis for RDG Gas Development Project for a period of one year from the commencement date. The total estimated value of the said award is around Rs 36.72 crore.

Deep Industries has been serving the industry in various segments with the foremost being providing Air & Natural Gas Compressor Services on chartered hire basis, wherein company commands a healthy market position and is also the first company in India to offer such services.
