Bharti Airtel has informed that subject to the approval of shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on January 24, 2017, commenced at 1330 Hrs. and concluded at 1915 Hrs, has approved issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures by the Company on a Private Placement basis. The outstanding under these NCDs shall at all times be within the overall borrowing limits under Sec 180 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 2013 and be subject to a cap of Rs 10,000 crores.
