Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2016.

The company has reported 11.54% rise in its net profit at Rs 162.52 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 145.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.56% at Rs 1175.76 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1053.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 10.37% rise in its net profit after tax, minority interest and share of profit of associates at Rs 163.38 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, as compared to Rs 148.03 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.73% to Rs 1184.44 crore for quarter under review from Rs 1060.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
