Steel Authority of India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of ‘SAIL’ will be held on February 09, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3). Further, in view of the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from February 02, 2017 to February 11, 2017. All the connected persons have been informed that they shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company’s securities during the closure of the trading window as per the ‘Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of SAIL, 2016’.
