Magma Housing Finance has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2017, to consider raising of funds through issuance of Non-convertible Debt Securities on private placement basis of up to Rs 600 crore during Financial Year 2017-18 and ratify the Authorisation for issuance of debt securities on private placement basis of up to Rs 600 Crore during the financial year 2016-17 for general corporate purposes of the Company.
