Prakash Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, to consider Unaudited Financial Results with Limited Review for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) with immediate effect and it shall remain closed till February 16, 2017, in view of Board Meeting for the aforesaid purposes.
