Ultracab (India) has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016. Further, in the terms of provision of the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from February 02, 2017 to February 12, 2017 for all concern persons as per Insider Trading Code of the Company.
