Excel Crop Care has received an approval to wind up or otherwise close down Excel Brazil Agronegocious, the company’s subsidiary in Brazil. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 02, 2017, has approved for the same.
The Brazil subsidiary was incorporated in 2011 but has never carried out any commercial operation. The subsidiary has also not been funded for share capital. In view of the changed business plans, the board has decided to wind up or otherwise close down the subsidiary.
Excel Crop Care is engaged in manufacture and trading of Pesticides. Besides solutions in soil health, seed treatment, crop protection, pest management, Excel Crop Care also offers effective post-harvest treatment that has ensured smooth supply and trade in agricultural commodities in many countries.
