Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company from February 03, 2017 to February 16, 2017 for all the designated persons defined in the Code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 in terms of the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
