In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for ail the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from February 04, 2017 and will open after 48 hours of the announcement and intimation of the Result by the company to the Stock Exchange on February 11, 2017.
