Kerala Ayurveda has informed that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, in accordance with SEBI (prohibition of insider trading regulations) 2015, the trading window dealing in securities of the company will remain dosed for directors, officers, designated persons of the Company in accordance with the Company’s code of conduct under the above mentioned regulations/ from February 06, 2017 to February 16, 2017.
