SRG Housing Finance has informed that a meeting of board of directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2017, to consider fund raising by way of preferential issue; to consider alteration of Capital Clause & Object Clause of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company; to consider the merger of Statutory Auditors Firm Valawat Jha Pamecha & Co. into Valawat & Associates; and to consider & approve the Notice of General Meeting/Postal Ballot to be held for the purpose of approving the fund raising proposal, alteration in MOA/AOA of the Company and merger of Statutory Auditor’s Firm. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from February 06, 2017 and will end after 48 hour of public announcement of the results of Board Meeting.
