Pursuant to this, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Company has decided the close period (i.e. Closure of trading window) for the insiders from 05.00 pm. on February 09, 2017 and ends after 48 hours of the results are made public on February 14, 2017.
