Shreyas Shipping & Logistics has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for sale of one of its container vessel M. V. SSL Trust.
Recently, the company also signed a MOA for acquisition of one container vessel of about 1100 teus.
Shreyas Shipping and Logistics was formed primarily to own and operate vessels for feedering of containers between Indian Ports and Internationally renowned container transshipment ports.
