Idea Cellular zooms on plan to raise Rs 500 crore via NCDs

Idea Cellular is currently trading at Rs. 109.95, up by 2.55 points or 2.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 107.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 112.25 and Rs. 105.85 respectively. So far 1917081 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 128.05 on 28-Apr-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 66.00 on 09-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 112.25 and Rs. 102.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 39906.72 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 42.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.22% and 26.33% respectively.

Idea Cellular has decided to raise Rs 500 crore through issuance of unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The debentures, having tenure of five years, will carry a coupon rate of 8.03% per annum. The date of maturity for these NCDs will be February 14, 2022.
