Texmaco Rail & Engineering has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company ‘Belur Engineering’ (BEPL) on February 20, 2017. This step has been taken to supplement business streams through forward and backward integration.
Earlier, the company had signed a non-binding memorandum on January 21, 2017, with TEB Technology Development Co., China for promotion and development of (Transit Elevated Bus - TEB) BOT Project in the state of West Bengal.
