GE T&D India has informed that Rathindra Nath Basu, Managing Director has resigned as Managing Director of the Company with effect from end of business hours on February 28, 2017. Effective March 01, 2017 he will take a global role in GE Grid Solutions as Chief Commercial Officer reporting to President and CEO Reinaldo Garcia. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2017 has accepted his resignation. He will remain on the Board to ensure smooth transition to his successor, who will be announced in a few weeks.
