RKN Retail has informed that the Company, on February 24, 2017, has expressed its decision to exercise its call option on the Said NCDs to all its existing Debenture Holders. Call Option is the right available with the Company to redeem the Debentures on a Call Option Date. As per the provisions of Information Memorandum of the said NCDs (‘IM’), Call Option Date is an anniversary date of the date of allotment of said NCDs i.e. February 12, 2017.
