AstraZeneca Pharma India has informed that Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - Integrated Enterprises (India) has informed to the Company vide their letter dated February 20, 2017 that the Registry activity of Integrated Enterprises (India), is transferred to Integrated Registry Management Services pursuant to the scheme of de-merger as approved by the High Court of Chennai. Henceforth, Company’s share transfer registry will be managed by Integrated Registry Management Services.
