Sika Interplant Systems has informed that the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - Integrated Enterprises (India) has informed the Company vide their letter dated February 20, 2017 that Registry activity of Integrated Enterprises (India), is transferred to Integrated Registry Management Services pursuant to the scheme of de-merger approved by the High Court of Madras. Henceforth, the Company’s share transfer registry activity will be managed by Integrated Registry Management Services.
