Jubilant Life Sciences has issued Commercial Papers (CPs) of Rs 40 crore. The tenure of the instrument is 30 days and allotted on February 28, 2017. The coupon/interest will be paid upfront at the rate of 6.34% per annum on maturity i.e. March 30, 2017. With this issue, the aggregate amount of commercial papers outstanding as on date is Rs 190 crore.
