Rane Holdings has received its board’s approval to set up a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in Germany under the name and style of Rane Holdings Europe GmbH. The WOS would provide business development and other related support services for Rane group companies in the European region. The Strategy and lnvestment Committee of the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on March 9, 2017, has approved the same.
Rane Holdings (RHL) is the holding company of Rane Group. RHL owns the trademark in Rane and provides a range of services to group companies. These include employee training and development, investor services, business development and Information systems support.
