Sharon Bio-Medicine’s formulation unit at Silaqui, near Dehradun, Uttarakhand has received an approval from Canadian health authorities for supplying tablets and capsules to Canadian market. This approval would increase the sales and add more value to the margins of the company. Further, this formulation facility has already been GMP Certified by United Kingdom Medicines & Health Regulatory Authority.
Recently, Sharon Bio-Medicine had received Certification of Substances by European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines and Healthcare (EDQM) for one of its product namely -- Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride -- which is being manufactured at the company’s plant at Taloja near Navi Mumbai.
Sharon Bio-Medicine manufactures Active Pharma Ingredients (API), intermediate of API’s and formulations. The company is also having its own three R&D Units and one Toxicology Lab. Its three Units are located at MIDC, Taloja near Navi Mumbai and at Dehraddun, Uttarakhand.
