Physical rubber prices end flat on Thursday

Physical rubber prices ended flat on Thursday. The volumes were extremely low as most traders preferred to remain sideline the market during the last days of the current financial year. Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 149/ kg and Rs 142/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, Rubber for April delivery improved marginally to Rs 146.80 compared to its previous closing of Rs 146.13, while May delivery closed at Rs 151.70 compared to its previous close of Rs 150.78 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
