IFB Agro Industries has received an approval to set-up a wholly owned subsidiary at United Arab Emirates (UAE) under the automatic route of Foreign Exchange Management Regulations (FEMA) for further enhancement of its Marine and other businesses. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 24, 2017 has approved for the same.
IFB Agro Industries is one of the largest producers of alcohol in Eastern India. The company is also engaged in the production of Carbon Dioxide Gas & processing of Marine Products for Export as well as for the Indian market.
