Physical Rubber prices showed weakness on Monday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to 148/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 149/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety weakened to Rs 140/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 142/ kg.
In the futures market, April delivery fell to Rs 144.49 compared to its previous closing of Rs 147.41, while May delivery closed at Rs 148.53 compared to its previous close of Rs 152.06 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
