V-Guard Industries has received in-principle approval from its board to acquire a majority stake in Guts Electromech. The company’s board gave approval for the same at meeting held on March 28, 2017. However, the company did not disclose the investment figures.
Guts Electromech is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of various kinds of domestic switch gears and power transformers, while V-Guard Industries manufactures a wide range of products namely voltage stabilizers, pumps, electric water heaters, solar water heaters, cables, UPS, ceiling fans, etc.
