Mukand has agreed to enter into joint venture (JV) with Sumitomo Corporation, Japan (SC) to engage in the business of rolling and finishing of alloy steel. A share subscription and shareholders agreement was signed between the parties in Tokyo, Japan on March 30, 2017. The joint venture will be undertaken through Mukand Alloy Steels (MASPL).
Mukand is engaged in manufacturing of alloy and stainless steel long products.
