Further to the letters dated on 10/01/2017, 24/01/2017, 27/01/2017, 21/02/2017 and 23/02/2017, Mercantile Ventures has informed that Alyx Enterprises has ceased to be an associate of the company and Harrington Ventures, Panteon Ventures, Armenian Ventures, Eka Enterprises, Unmaj Enterprises, Ajara Ventures and Dick Enterprises have ceased to be subsidiaries of the company consequent to the sale of entire stake held by the company in the above companies. The shares have been sold to South India Travels, one of the promoters but not a related party, at the respective book values of the aforesaid companies.
