NMDC, the country’s top iron ore miner, has fixed the prices of iron ore with effect from April 1, 2017. The prices of Lump Ore have been fixed at Rs 2,425 wet metric tonnes (WMT), while the prices of Fines have been fixed at Rs 2,185 WMT. The above for prices are excluding Royalty, DMF, NMET, Cess, Forest Permit Fee etc.
