Physical Rubber prices showed weakness on Monday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to 147/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 148/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety weakened to Rs 143/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 143.50/ kg.
In the futures market, April delivery declined to Rs 142.29 compared to its previous closing of Rs 145.22, while May delivery closed at Rs 149.80 compared to its previous close of Rs 152.23 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
