Wipro has completed the acquisition of InfoSERVER S.A. on April 10, 2017. The impact of InfoSERVER acquisition is expected to reflect in the financials of the company for the quarter ending June 30, 2017.
Earlier in January, the company had signed an agreement to acquire InfoSERVER S.A. for BRL 27.6 Million ($ 8.7 million). InfoSERVER, an IT services provider, which is focussed on the Brazilian market, provides custom application development and software deployment services.
